I’m delighted to report that I will be speaking in Calgary on June 23rd at a Luncheon of the South Alberta Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).

Topics will include:

  • The mandate / responsibilities of the Board.
  • The dilemma, and the risks, faced by a dissenting director.
