Condo Cases Across Canada (CCAC) is an online library of condominium decisions from across Canada – published by the Canadian Condominium Institute, National Chapter.  CCAC includes summaries of the cases, along with pdf copies of the actual cases themselves. Readers can also search the library of case summaries by key word.

I’m delighted to be the author of the case summaries. 

Each quarter, I select a handful of cases that I hope readers will find interesting.  I don’t provide summaries of every decision rendered.  But CCAC is a good library of many of the prominent decisions (in relation to condominium matters) from across Canada going back to its inception in 2003.
