CCI Eastern Ontario’s premier Condominium Conference is back (in person!) for two days of all things condo! This November 4th (Directors conference has been postponed), the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre will be hosting eastern Ontario’s foremost condominium experts, including six of DHA’s own!
After a brief hiatus, this year’s in-person edition of the Ottawa Condominium Conference features the most exciting programming yet! Join eastern Ontario’s condominium lawyers and experts as they discuss the most pressing issues related to governance and enforcement, including governance glitches, CAT and Superior Court proceedings, reserve fund studies, how to effectively utilize management staff, the lingering effects of the COVID pandemic, how to deal with defects and defaults, and the current condominium insurance marketplace.
