Calling All Directors: Register Now for the CCI-Eastern Ontario’s Virtual Director’s Course: Beyond the Basics!
The CCI-Eastern Ontario Chapter will be hosting its virtual Director’s Course: “Beyond the Basics”. Whether you’re a new condominium director or a seasoned professional, this course will enhance your understanding of the legal duties and responsibilities of a director, and expand your abilities as a director. The four-part course will take place on June 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2020 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and will be delivered via webinar.

June 4, 2020

- Director’s role
- Condominium records and privacy
June 11, 2020

June 18, 2020

- Repairs and maintenance
- Changes to the common elements and services
June 25, 2020
- Reserve fund studies and physical management
- Property management
Each session will be followed by a Question & Answer period during which experts in condominium law and management will directly answer your questions on the topics covered.
Registration for the full course is $120.00 for CCI members and $275.00 for non-members, and includes access to all four sessions, a Certificate of Attendance for delegates attending the webinars, and downloadable course materials! Registration will remain open throughout June, and registered delegates who miss a session will have the option to review previous course materials and watch the webinar recordings.
