Victoria is an associate lawyer with Davidson Houle Allen LLP.
She advises condominium corporations, directors, owners, property managers and insurers on all condominium law matters including but not limited to corporate governance matters, building deficiency litigation, proceedings involving difficult owners and tenants, and matters involving the enforcement of property rights.
Victoria understands that a condominium is ultimately a community, and that resolving challenges at an early stage makes the condominium a better place to live or work for all residents, and a better investment for owners. Given this understanding, her goal is to always resolve a client’s problem in a reasonable, efficient, and client-focused manner.
Outside the office, Victoria spends her time with her family and friends. She enjoys travelling and maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle (which frequently involves running along the Rideau Canal).
