Melinda Andrews is a Partner with Davidson Houle Allen LLP.
She provides a full range of corporate and litigation services to condominiums, co-tenancy associations, and their insurers, focusing on building deficiency litigation and Tarion claims.
Melinda maintains a detail-oriented approach to the practice of law while delivering practical, client-focused advocacy. In addition to her litigation work, she advises boards on governance and general corporate advice, financing and secured transactions, compliance matters, and owner disputes. She regularly appears before all levels of Court in Ontario and various administrative tribunals.
Prior to joining Davidson Houle Allen LLP, Melinda worked in civil litigation and administrative law providing research and litigation support on matters involving Indigenous Nations across Western and Northern Canada. She remains committed to community engagement and advocacy.
