Sandra Koljuskov is an associate lawyer at Davidson Houle Allen LLP.
Sandra earned her Juris Doctor through the dual program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During her legal studies, she worked with Windsor Law’s Community Legal Aid and the Kingston Community Legal Clinic, gaining early advocacy experience representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes.
Prior to joining Davidson Houle Allen LLP, Sandra articled and practiced at a boutique insurance defence firm in Toronto. There, she handled complex claims involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, construction negligence, and property damage. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Small Claims Court of Ontario, as well as the Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Sandra delivers strategic, cost-effective litigation services tailored to her clients’ goals. With a strong background in insurance litigation, she brings a unique perspective and a sharp ability to craft creative, practical legal strategies that effectively and efficiently meet her clients’ needs.
Outside of her legal practice, Sandra enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, cooking, reading, hiking, and practicing yoga.
