Mohiminol is an associate lawyer with Davidson Houle Allen LLP.
Mohiminol received his LL.M. from the University of Ottawa. Prior to his LL.M., he completed both his J.D. and his LL.L. degrees through the University of Ottawa’s National Program. During law school, Mohiminol represented the University of Ottawa at the 2017 Foreign Direct Investment Moot in Boston. The team was ranked 1st overall, and Mohiminol was among the top 25 speakers at the moot. He also worked as a research assistant on diverse projects ranging from family mediation in Lebanon to investor-state arbitration.
Prior to being called to the bar, Mohiminol summered at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto and articled at Davidson Houle Allen LLP in 2019-2020. Mohiminol’s training in both Common Law and Civil Law allows him to analyze legal issues through multiple lenses. He aims to offer his clients practical and cost-effective solutions that are tailored to their specific needs. Mo is fluently bilingual and practices in English and French.
In his spare time, Mo is an avid soccer player/fan and a book worm. He is also actively involved in Ottawa’s South Asian community.
