David is an associate lawyer at Davidson Houle Allen LLP.
David provides advice to clients on a wide variety of condominium law issues such as general corporate advice, compliance matters, and all facets of condominium litigation. An advocate with an eye to solve disputes in the most practical method possible, David takes a firm yet amiable approach to litigation. David will always try to solve disputes without court involvement. If court involvement is required, David will make sure that the client is in the best possible position for success.
David appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and at various Tribunals in Ontario. He also writes the Condo Corner column for an Ottawa local newspaper the Lowertown Echo as well as hosts DHA’s podcast Condopedia.
Outside of law, David enjoys finding good local eateries and playing (too much) volleyball. Growing up on the west coast, you’ll often find David either close to the water or on his bike during the warmer months.
